Healthy living: Week 4
After the week of limbo, I’m back in it. I got back to drinking my 2 litres of water per day (and peeing so much), and eating a healthy breakfast every morning within an hour of waking up.
This week
The challenge for this week is to add two portions of fruits or veggies to my diet every day. It can be a snack or part of a meal—it doesn’t matter.
The catch is to eat it in a non-processed form. What I mean by that is the fresher you can eat it, the better (some vegetables are tricky, but they are the exception).
During the past couple of weeks, I’ve been eating two fruits as a mid-morning snack. Unfortunately, I struggle to keep this good habit over the weekends, so I’ll pay more attention to that.
I really want a NutriBullet or something similar to make smoothies with. It just seems like a convenient way to get in fruits and veggies. Guess I’ll wait until Black Friday before I can buy one.
Anyway, hopefully, I can see results sometime soon because of my lifestyle changes.
Meh.
