Healthy living: Week 1 review
I got fat, and for the next few months, I want to change that and get back to the size I was before COVID-19.
This past week my challenge was to drink 2 liters of water every day. I achieved my goal every day, except for Sunday, but I still feel like it was a win. Just being hydrated makes me feel a little better about my health, and I physically feel better as well.
The challenge for this week is to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up. Usually, food is the first thing on my mind when I open my eyes in the mornings, so in theory, this should be easy.
The problem these past couple of months were that I exercised in the mornings, about an hour after I woke up, and then I would have breakfast about two or three hours after waking up. I don’t know if that’s necessarily a bad thing, but I’d rather just have breakfast when I wake up and be consistent with it.
