‘Make your pet a meme’-week

I tried to make ‘make your pet a meme’-week a trend on Twitter, but it didn’t work. It doesn’t make sense; I thought my memes were awesome.

Anyway, the gist of it was that I made memes out of my dogs and encouraged people to join in. They didn’t. However, it doesn’t really matter, I guess. Enjoy these memes:

Nina, the fat ninja

We have a fat Labrador, Nina, and we call her fat ninja because she always slips into the house unnoticed – ninja skills.

As you can see in the meme at the top of the post, she sleeps in weird positions. She sleeps like that whenever she can. You would think it hurts, but she loves it.

Vicky

Vicky is our miniature border collie. To be honest, she’s the second Vicky border collie we’ve had (it’s weird, I know). She absolutely loves playing with tennis balls and is spoilt to bits – as all dogs should be.

Eddie and Ventertjie

Eddie was our overgrown Jack Russell looking Boerboel. He was such a sweetheart, but he had to put him down the day before lockdown.

Next, the other Boerboel you see with him was Ventertjie. She already passed on in 2016. After her, we got Nina.

As you may have guessed, we love dogs. They’re our furry kids that don’t talk back – what more could you ask for?

Well, there you have it, all the memes that I’ve made of my dogs. I’ll try ‘make your pet a meme’-week again next year. Let me know what you think in the comments.

Meh.
